Martian Star loves colourful, pretty items that would complement a sweet lady very well. It revolves around current trends, sometimes bringing in kawaii items. Everything here is passionately handpicked, chosen or handmade by myself =)

FAQs

1. How To Order?

Simply leave a comment stating the item interested in and your e-mail address. Martian Star replies all messages within 3 days. Or you can also e-mail martianstar@gmail.com for any requests. It's that simple!

2. Why should I join the Mailing List?

Well not only will you get the latest updates on new items, members of the mailing list are also entitled to special promotions and free gifts. Leave your e-mail in the comments section to enjoy these special offers. Don't worry, all messages are screened for your privacy.

3. I do not have I-Banking. Can i use ATM transfers instead?

Yes and a scanned/photoshot of the receipt must be e-mailed to me.

I accept Paypal for international buyers.

Interbank transfers e.g. UOB Bank to my POSB Savings account are accepted as well. However these would take 2 days to be processed so do give me more time to confirm such payments.

4. Do You Do Meet Ups?

Unless you live really, REALLY near me, i would unlikely to do so. Hehe... However, there might be exceptions if you are really interested to purchase, willing to pay the price set without any cancellations during the meet up and can only pay by cash. I would also look at convenience factors.

5. Are Prices Negotiable?

Yes and if you buy more items.

6. Are Delivery Charges included in the price?

Yes but ONLY for NORMAL mails (as of 7 April 2008). If you prefer the safer registered mail, which is highly recommended, top up $2.20 on top of the total costs.

You would most likely receive items within 1 week of payment confirmation.

Once again, I will not be responsible for lost or damaged mails. Items are non-exchangeable and non refundable.

7. How Often Do You Put Up New Items?

I try to update as frequently as i can. However i cannot specify how often. Do join the mailing list if you want like to be updated.

8. If there are more than one buyers of a particular item, who gets it finally?

The first confirmed order will get the item. However if the are back orders, it will be put up for sale again and i'll inform the other interested buyers.
